The shepherds of the League have left the forest with heavy hearts and failure adorning their faces. Before leaving, they wished upon everyone a revolution. It is up to the dwellers of the forest, they said, to resurrect their cedars.
Sadly, the people of the land of cedars have forgotten that the age of miracles is over. The gods have long forsaken their land. Its guardian, the great Humbaba, was decapitated and turned into clay by glory seekers from other lands. The rare meeting of sacrificial kings and their counterparts in the animal kingdom will unlikely produce a mass awakening.
This blog will observe silent days and nights until the dawning of a new year.
Happy times everyone.
